We bought this microwave to replace a 13 year old GE that was dying. The old unit was larger, but it had served us well for quite a while. We really like this replacement. The size is much better for us than the old unit and it works great. The features are the same as our old unit so it was easy to get used to using it. We have always had great experiences with GE products.

would have gave this 4 stars. but 1st microwave needed to be returned due to turntable getting stuck and making loud klanky noise. everything seems good with new one. Could use a few more cooking/ defrosting options, but I may just be used to my old microwave. Like how it is quiet when in use.

Easy use, great features

We needed a basic microwave with easy to use features like popcorn, add 30-seconds...and this one fits the bill. Plenty of interior space for plates or bowls too.
