Not even a year old and it stopped working in the middle of making popcorn.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Much quieter than my last microwave! Haven't had it very long, so I haven't utilized all of the features. But very happy so far.

Good Microwave for Price

We have just started using the microwave, but it is more intuitive to use than comparable competitors. It also seems to give the most cubic inches in the mid-size microwave class. We are replacing a 20+ year old Kenmore Elite so I hope we get as good longevity. Will keep you posted.
