All that and a tripped circuit breaker!

Love the power and speed...hate that I have to pick and choose which appliance to work at the same time, e.g., if I brew coffee and have something in the microwave...a circuit breaker trips..not convenient at 5:30 am.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If the microwave trips the house fuse or breaker:
1) Be certain the microwave is on its own dedicated circuit.
2) Reset the breaker or replace the household fuse and try the microwave one more time.
3) If the breaker trips off again, unplug the microwave and contact service.

It works like it should!

I hate rating stuff after 1 month! Of course it's a 5 star or I wouldn't have bought it! Will it still be working in 7-10 years? Time will tell! The worse car on the planet has the highest rating in the first 90 days!! The call them Cadillacs! LOL

Good microwave

We've only had this microwave 1-2 months--so far, so good. We purchased this model because it is almost identical to a model we had previously for at least 10 years, and really liked. I appreciate the shape of the interior; a 7"x11" dish fits. Few of the microwaves we looked at had this shape; this is a primary reason we chose this model. I also like that it comes in white. The only feature that I don't like is that I have to press the surface very firmly in order to give commands.

Versatile and easy to use

I had the same unit as this for 18 years and this one works even faster and is easier to use .It has a wonderful timer and reheat feature and extra large turn table. Food turns out quickly and perfectly. The outside and inside of the unit is easy to clean and is of good size and heating strength.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Broke after using 9 times

This is a piece of JUNK. We used it only 9 times and it ceased to function at all, except that the right top of the unit heated to red hot.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
