It cooks well but it’s loud

The cooking time is perfect, but it’s noisier than any microwave I have ever owned. I thought it was the plate not sitting right but that all checks out, it just makes a random grinding noise at times. Annoying but since the food is fine not annoying enough to replace it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It is hard to set the power level. The product did not have an instruction booklet. Could you send us one?

Had to replace my 11 year old microwave

Sadly, I had to replace my 11 year old microwave, I never had a GE appliance, so this my first time and I love it. This microwave is bigger than my old one, but I like the size and upgrade. I love the Express Cook features and the ease of use of this microwave. It has been a month with it and I love it. I'm completely satisfied and look forward to many years with this microwave.

This was a replacement buy, and last option to purchase( not too many all white micro.’s in our area). Have had for a month, and quite pleased. Heats up pretty quick, don’t do much cooking in it, but believe if did, it would do great job.

Easy to use and spacious enough for full size dishes. Only cons....icons are smaller which makes it harder to read and when you shut the door it is a bit loud. Works well so far.
