Nice sleek look

The product has a nice sleek design. However the door sometimes sticks. The push door could be improved. Has geat power and heats evenly. I am pleased with the product and it has many features with a reasonable price. This is a full size microwave and has a large capacity.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hello boeboe - Oh no! We are so sorry to hear about what happened with your microwave and would be delighted to help. When heating high moisture content foods, condensation and humidity can build during use. If using the sensor control option, the sensor can sense high humidity and stop heating.
A large amount of water inside the unit would also not be normal. We recommend checking that it was installed properly so that it can vent above the door, underneath the cabinet.
If you find that this doesn’t solve the problem, we recommend scheduling service so a GE certified tech can diagnose the issue. You can reach them at 1-800-GE-CARES, or you can schedule online: https://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm?ICID=GEARsupportflyout-service
