Super quiet

The first thing you notice about this microwave oven is how quiet it is. It does a good job heating up food and the sensor settings and quick start buttons are very convenient to get your meal heated quickly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The GE microwave is an easy to use device that makes cooking, reheating and defrosting food simple. At this point, it seems to have a solid build and sturdy enough to last until my boys are out of high school.

It has everything I need in a microwave!

Replaced a microwave I had for 15-20 years and it was still working. This microwave is the closest item to it. Tried another brand first but returned it because of a problem with the door. I like the GE much better!

Overall the unit is a good buy. Wish they had used a more powerful bulb to illuminate the cooking area when it was in operation/. My older model was much brighter! Also, a backlit control panel would be helpful. Finally, the clock numerals are dim compared to other brands.

I like the style and features but not the rotation

Hello SKS 69 - We're sorry to hear you're having trouble with your microwave, and we're happy to offer some guidance. If the turntable is dragging, please make sure the turntable is centered and seated properly.
Check the turntable to make sure it is placed right side up. If the turntable plate is upside down it will drag on the floor of the microwave. Also, make sure there is no food or debris under the "wheels" of the turntable ring which can prevent the wheels from moving forward properly. We hope this helps! - Sharon@GEA
