It stopped working within 2 weeks so I took it back and ordered another one. Hopefully this one will last longer.

Horrible, Returning It

It took a little time to figure how how to use it, the mini manual is incomplete. But more important the majority of time when we use the preset cook time feature there a weird, loud obnoxious rattle sound and we have to stop the process. The press door open button is also weak.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

After this much time I would have given it maybe 4 stars but with only light to moderate use I expect a microwave to last more than 1 year and 3 weeks.. It was purchased Nov 13 2019 and died Dec3 2020..
