Love my microwave

So far, I totally love my microwave. Has many vents to heat and cook food evenly. I even cooked pizza in it. I do, however, wish it was a 1250 watt. Since I was unable to find one in this brand, I knew this 1150 watt would work and I’d still be happy. The Toshiba in the 1100 watt I had bought a week before, only had 1 vent and did not work well. I returned it for my GE. As of today, it is really great, heats really quick and takes less time in the oven.
I had 2 people tell me they would buy a GE before any other brand. My closest friend told me when hers goes out, she wants one just like mine. She was very excited for me.

Intuitive operation with panel buttons for most needed cooking requirements, and very quiet operation. Huge improvement of older model that failed after 6+ years of use.

I like the sensor feature and more

I really like the sensor feature especially for beverages. I also like how it beeps every minute or so when finished so you don’t forget anything. Nice bright clock. I have only had it a few day, but really like it so far. Great price too for what you get. Seems to be a perfect size at 1.6 cu. ft.

It's just OK

Nothing special. Lacks any innovative features. While it has one touch feature for 1 minute, 2 minutes, 3 minutes, etc., and a +30seconds, it doesn't have anything to subtract seconds (as far as I can tell). I could blame myself, but it feels underpowered/underwhelming. Typical of most microwaves, the door is clunky to open and close. It looks good though, and the price was right.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love our new 1.6 cubic foot stainless steel microwave. It is very user friendly. It has a push button to open the door, which I love. Very stylish with the stainless steel exterior.
