It's Pretty Good....but not everything is great

Rotating table is not calibrated to complete a cycle in a certain time frame associated with a minute. Door mechanism is loud, opening and closing. Timer is a little confusing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Just a microwave

It works fine, I don't care for the pushbutton to open the door. Beverage gets things too hot.

Hi - Thank you for taking the time to post a review on your microwave as your opinion is very important to us. We are sorry to hear you don't care for the push button switch used to open the door and that you feel the Beverage feature heats your drink too hot. The Beverage feature uses a sensor to sense the steam from the beverage or water as it heats to a "hot" temperature. This "hot" temperature is similar to a fresh brewed cup of coffee from a coffee maker and is a satisfactory "hot" temperature needed to dissolve instant coffee, hot chocolate, and more. If you are wanting to warm your morning coffee we would recommend using the Cook Time feature and set your desired amount of time or possibly use the Add 30 Secs pad to heat your drink for 30 seconds. We hope this helps and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

We had to return one due to a damaged fan upon arrival. Replaced it with the same model. Works fine. A bit loud for a microwave. Overly complex controls.

I purchased the GE 1.6 Cu. ft. countertop microwave & I highly
recommend it. I am completely satisfied with it. Before purchasing
I read all the reviews & some said the light inside wasn't bright enough,
or the buttons were hard to push. I think those claims are false because
the light is just fine, buttons work easily, & the rotating turntable is large.
I love everything about this micro. Great features that are so easy to
use. I would tell anyone to go ahead & buy it. Great micro!

This is the 3rd microwave I've had since 1983. Bottom line - it does what I want. The price was reasonable and it takes up minimal space on the counter. You have to actually experiment with cooking settings to learn which would be best for what you're cooking. Overall I am satisfied with this microwave.
