Great Replacement!

Replaced our 19-year-old microwave with this one. Our new GE cooks MUCH better than the old one ever did, warms food more evenly, and has more auto-cooking options! Two months in and we're very happy with it.

The microwave works very well. I'm just surprised that it is so loud! A nice feature is that you can't turn it on if there isnt any food in it!

I love the fact that it actually defrosts the food instead of heating it up and cooking it to defrost. Still learning all of the features, but it's really nice.

Meets Our Needs

Wanted a micro similar to the old one and this one seemed best suited though not made by the same company. Price was very reasonable. If I were to ask for changes, they would be a brighter light and a larger panel with buttons or at least larger spaces which would be easier to press, including that for the door.. Otherwise, we're satisfied--
