Nice microwave, just the right size I needed. Good looking. Only negatives are, the inside light is dim and there is no mute button on the panel ;(

We bought this microwave to replace our Kenmore Microwave, which we had had for 15+ years. So far, we love All the neat quick cook buttons you can use (popcorn or baked potato). I am glad that I purchased this this microwave/and extended warranty.

I like the small footprint and higher wattage of the unit but the key pad lacks sensitivity and requires precise high pressure inputs for function. Hard to use because of this. Grey lettering makes the keypad hard to read in low light conditions. Other reviews mention premature failure of the keypad. Longevity remains to be seen.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This microwave functions easily and does a great job. I use it mostly for reheating food and coffee. Also, the inside is tall enough to stand my 8 1/2 inch coffee cup without knocking it over.
