Easy to use with intuitive keyboard controls. Has all the features I needed. Has been running flawlessly and efficiently. Heats food in less time than my previous microwave.

Received this microwave in a well-packaged box, no damage, no issues. The unit is a countertop model, and it fits well where our old one used to sit. The keypad takes some getting used to, as it isn't quite as intuitive as previous models we've owned. Overall, the only complain is the stainless steel finish; it shows every fingerprint, and is not easy to clean. Other than that, we are satisfied.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We had to replace two GE Cafe microwaves over a four year time span and have been extremely disappointed with that line. The dishwasher and refrigerator have also had issues. Although hesitant to purchase another GE product due to the poor quality of the Cafe series, this microwave has worked well.

This microwave is very powerful but that's about the only thing I really like. The clock and number panel is too smal, dark and hard to see. When the timer goes off, it will not stop dinging until you shut it off.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I really love this microwave the ease of just hitting the sensor buttons and the express cooking buttons makes it so much easier than trying to punch the minutes or seconds in. I did popcorn and it came out perfect, also reheat on my coffee was great too. The size is perfect and the price was great.
