Overall I do have an issue when I go to hit the number buttons because at times I have to press very hard or even press twice.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the light inside; has great power. Best option besides large inside space is this microwave doesn’t show fingerprints on the start button!

All good. Our precious microwave was a discontinued Jenn Air model. This one fits in the space well. Door is a little loud opening and closing but features are great for basic cooking and defrosting. We like the reminder beep that the item has finished.

This was a replacement for a 2014 model (almost the same one probably your updated model) The key pad is not as comfortable or sure "fingered"...seeems I have to push either too hard or twice to get a function!! sorry
