I bought this microwave to replace a similar Panasonic product that quit after less than a year of use and found that no service is available without shipping the whole thing to Texas. I've had a GE refrigerator & a GE freezer for years and have had good service from both so I decided to try a GE microwave for the first time. So far, it has worked well. My only complaint is that some of the controls are unusual & not intuitive in the way they work. It took some time to get used to them.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We had been using 2 burner hotcakes and having to replace them every year. I got tired of it and went out to buy a new range. It works great!!!!

Dead Way Too Soon.

Nice features. But unfortunately, bought on 23 March 2020, it died on 25 April 2020. It was good under normal usage with timed cooking at set power levels and Express Cook with set power levels until it wasn't. Did not use Sensor Cooking. It was not one of the features I needed. Have two other GE Appliances: electric stove JBS07m1ww and top loading washer GTW460ASJ0WW. Disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Microwave often trips circuit breaker after heating on steamer vegetable; need to wait 20 minutes to use again.
