I choose this microwave for its clean design and to compliment my GE cooktop. So far I’m impressed with its simple operation and powerful cooking. It heats up leftovers and warms liquids very quickly.

We bought this microwave to replace an older GE unit. We tried another brand but it did not have the features we wanted. Particularly, we were used to being able to use the Timer for something else while the unit was Cooking. Even though this unit is rated at 1100 watts, it seems to cook as well as the previous GE unit rated at 1900 watts. My only reason for not giving it 5 stars is that the lettering on the keypad is not as distinctive as it needs to be for older eyes.
