This has been the best razor I have ever gotten.I am a widow and have a dog that I have always had a awful time keeping his ears trimmed but when I got your product I was thrilled because it has saved me money at the vet because of infections caused by hair deep in the ear and your product is a life saver Thank you Thank you and God bless you and your company

Motorized part and blades work well. Problem is ZERO support, parts replacement. The slide comb/depth selector has real flimsy tines. A number have broken and I contacted them to get a replacement of that. I'll even pay for one, but no response, ZERO response. If you build a piece of junk part, at least offer for sale a replacement.
