I am very pleased with this refrigerator. It cools efficiently and I love how spacious it is in both the fridge and freezer! Cleans easily as well !
I would recommend this to a friend!

Defective doors
on September 6, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Freezer & fridge doors bounces open when 1 of the door is closed shut. They also need to be assisted/ closed shut to ensure both doors is closed completely to make sure everything in fridge & freezer is cold. Are the doors defective?

We are glad to assist with your refrigerator doors. It is normal for a door to pop open when the other door is being closed. The refrigerator and freezer sections are connected by air channels to allow air to pass between them. Slamming or vigorously pushing a door shut forces air from one cavity into the other, often pushing the second door open. With the doors possibly staying open, there are a few things you can check, such as making sure the unit is leveled, as well as checking to see if the refrigerator door gasket is sealing properly. If the issue persists, please schedule a service appointment with a Bodewell technician by calling 833-426-3393 or schedule online at https://www.bodewell.com/schedule-repair-service
