Shelf failure

The product performs as stated except the bottom shelf easily breaks causing the vegetable drawer to fail.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

If your issue is related to the shelf holding the bottom drawers coming loose from track meant to hold it in place, we do have information on how to properly push those in place on page 6 of the use and care manual, linked here: https://products.geappliances.com/MarketingObjectRetrieval/Dispatcher?RequestType=PDF&Name=49-1000636.pdf
If the shelf itself is damaged and you need it replaced, we recommend contacting our factory service department by calling 1-800-GECares (1-800-432-2737) Monday – Friday: 7 a.m. – 10 p.m. ET and Saturday – Sunday: 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. ET, or by visiting https://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm

the shelf are too close can barely get to thing sin back because space is so small cant sit anything tall on them
