Annoying Fridge

I've never hated a refrigerator before. I had to get rid of my old one which seemed fine to me. Only because I had an audit and they suggested i get a new one (covered by the program). I am stuck with this fridge, which has had frost build-up since day 1. I actually saw snow fall in side the fridge..in the back where the air flow comes from above. The shelves aren't adjustable and I cannot fit the average size cartons or bottles on the top shelf. The photo shows it looking perfect with just one milk and one juice stored on the door, but I have a family of five; we've got cider, two types of milk, other juices, egg white cartons---all of which I have to lay down. The big control center on the roof of the fridge takes up so much space as well. Also, my old fridge could fit 18 eggs in the egg holder...not this one. Plus in order to keep doors closed properly, all food has to be pushed back beyond the shelf line to accommodate the wide door shelves. The top freezer shelf has a gap in in to accommodate an ice maker? I don't have an ice maker, so this gap allows food to fall behind to the bottom, so I had to buy a storage bin to cover the gap. If I could trade this in, I would.
I bought this refrigerator three months ago, space inside is not good, can only fit 4 milk carton size things height not adequate. Ice maker had to be replaced first month. Temp control is placed in front and is often bumped causing temp to go down. I had to tape it into correct setting. Freezer has no light, very inconvenient
The front of the inside of the refrig has very little tall shelving, except for inside the door. Like there isn't tall enough space for large items, like big containers of lemonade or tea. The side holds 2 gallons of milk, which we need to keep, as we are out in the country, but then the other shelves aren't tall enough. Don't like it as well as the last frig we had, which was a little smaller, but had more space.
I bought this fridge for my garage fridge. It fits a lot of adult beverages and still plenty of room for all sorts of random refrigerated items. Lots of big, wide door space. Freezer has an ice maker (very nice option!) but still a lot of space besides. If it had a water dispenser, my wife would put it in our house!

I bought this over a year ago and have always had to insure that the freezer door was closed. The freezer door was squeaking a few months back so I put some graphite on the door.
