My refrigerator has many issues and when calling the lady on the other end could care less. I had to make an appointment for a tech to come out and that is in the future! ANd a 4 hour wait time!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

OK - but plastic parts keep breaking.

The refrigerator runs well and i love the ice maker. However, the plastic parts are very cheap and keep breaking. Will not buy again.

Very reliable and energy efficient. Shelves do not allow for enough tall beverage storage such as many gallons of milk.

Would be a 5 star rating if the freezer door would not pop open/loosen it's seal when closing the main door. It would be nice if there could be some kind of air relief system to resolve this issue. There needs to be a light in the freezer (LED).

Happy with purchase

We purchased this refrigerator to replace a 37 years old Kenmore and have had it for about 2 months. Overall, it has been a good purchase considering the limited supply due to the pandemic. We are still getting used to the differences in the refrigerators. The ice maker works well but at times does not seem to keep up with our demand and usage. I like the stainless steel appearance(previous one was almond color) and fits in well with my other appliances. The crisper drawers are very deep and hold a lot of food. However, the spacing of the shelves seems somewhat narrow (because of the deep crisper drawers) and does not allow for taller items. The thermostat at the front of the refrigerator blocks usage space on that shelf. I realize I was spoiled having the same refrigerator for many years and we actually put it in the garage since it is still working.
I would recommend this to a friend!
