I will never buy another GE product again. We bought this out of desperation since we needed a fridge replacement immediately. It is extremely noisy and is heard throughtout the house. There is no light in the upper freezer part. Bottom drawers are cheaply made and do not move easily. PURE JUNK>

I bought this refrigerator three months ago, space inside is not good, can only fit 4 milk carton size things height not adequate. Ice maker had to be replaced first month. Temp control is placed in front and is often bumped causing temp to go down. I had to tape it into correct setting. Freezer has no light, very inconvenient

Bought this about 6 months Ago. Not happy. Poor set up. Was told not to get bottom freezer so got upper but dark and just a nusense.

Bought this refrigerator about a month ago. I thing the design is faulty. The center piece that's above the top shelf prohibits putting a carton of milk on the shelf without tilting it in. It also takes up a lot of room to move things around on that shelf. The door shelves are designed to hold such things but are a pain to get them out. The light on that center piec is unprotected and could shatter if struck by a taller item. It is a little noisy, but not objectionable. All in all it is an OK refrigerator but could use some common sense engineering. Had a Hotpoint, made by GE that was still running after 32 years. I would have bought another one if they were still making in this size.

Not as adjustable as it should be

We got installation today. To our sorrow the shelves in this new model have very limited adjustability. The GE model we replaced (TBX21CI - after having it 19 years) had much better shelf adjusting options.

This refrigerator has some flaws

This refrigerator has some problems with the doors swinging closed. Both the freezer and the refrigerator doors do not swing closed when close to the frame. They almost always have to be pushed completely closed. This is much different from other refrigerators I have owned. Also, the ice cube tray for the ice maker does not fit close to the freezer wall and ice cubes fall to the freezer bottom below the ice maker shelf.

This refrigerator is junk!

This refrigerator has one temperature control dial for both the refrigerator and the freezer. We have had this unit since April 2017. We have yet to get the dial set so it will cool properly. We either have frozen food in the refrigerator or thawing/melting food in the freezer. After nearly six months you would like we were smart enough to set the dial right but apparently not>

Ge has just replaced the first refrigerator I had like this that had 5 service calls in 6 months. Would only give me another just like it. Have only had this one 4 days so we will see.
