Great Printer

I use this printer for my country home office. Easy to set up. The app is great. Lighter than my other HP printers. Fast and clear printing. Scanning function is there when you need with good speed. Very pleasantly surprised, though with HP I shouldn’t be. Another great product.

Very Impresssed & Easy to Install

I have used several printers over the past 20 plus years, at work and at home. At home I have a "home business", so I needed a reliable printer. This printer has been the best. Very impressed. It was easy to install.
The only "glitch" was on my end, I have several laptops/tablets in my house and I had to reinstall the Wifi link with the printer, several times, to find the right port for each laptop/laptop. Once resolved, no issues.
The printer is easy to use via our Wifi, there are several options when printing or coping, plus really impressed with its "scan" function.
I did a lot of research and visited several retailers, before I bought this printer. Very pleased with it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Broken within about 2 weeks

Within approximately 2 weeks of having purchased/installed the printer, it started making a very loud clanking noise when scanning/photocopying, but not printing. It sounded like a piece of plastic was snagging something else and the machine was (literally) going to snap into pieces.
It took about 5 months for HP to take us seriously and for HP to deal with our issue. Once HP did take us seriously, the way in which the problem was rectified was fair and reasonable.
