I am a lttlie disappointed in the quality of this product. it runs well and fast but the plastic parts don't look like they will last. It's more difficut to fix a jam and the screen options are more difficult as well. the price was good
I would recommend this to a friend!

Tray 2 does not accept legal size paper

The printer work great and is fast. One concern is that tray #2 does not accept legal size paper. You have to use tray #1 which does not store many sheets. If you use lots of legal size paper like we do you have to get an additional tray which is costly. Not had this issue with other model we have purchased in the past
Printer is ok. The print is clear and crisp and is fast. The first 2 weeks it jammed several times while using normal paper. I opened it up and wiped down the rollers and that hasn't happened again. Hopefully it was just some residue from manufacturing and i got it. It also doesn't pull from both trays as i need it to but that could be the software i use. My HP604 worked fine for many years with it so I'm still trying different things. It also has issues printing on labels. I change the paper settings and It works fine if you only do 1 sheet at a time. It jams if there's more that 2 sheets of labels in the drawer. I rate it 3 stars because of these issues and the price.

Absolute garbage. Avoid!

Problems straight out of the box, frequent paper jams with quality stock (fails to pick up, even with check stock). Also, whatever Authentic HP Toner comes with the machine, it's complete trash -- doesn't stick to paper, labels come out all smeared, and checks have the ink lifted off! It's a terrible design.
Also, the little LCD screen is completely idiotic -- there's nothing useful on there, it just has a bunch of "apps" that are useless. Why doesn't it say "Ready" or something? Too simple?
I'm about done with LaserJet nonsense, it's no longer a brand name I trust.
