Toy did not work

We bought this toy for our 4 year old son two days ago and he was so excited. He had used all of his birthday money that he saved up to buy it and we helped out with the rest We we got it home and unboxed it, we put batteries in and it did not work. We kept unscrewing and repositioning the batteries making sure it wasn’t user error and it was not. We went out and got two more different types of the same battery and it still is not working. Now we have a very devastated child that loves dinosaurs and Owen and can’t even play or understand why we’ve had to put it up since it doesn’t work. We are very displeased with this toy seeing as we have bought almost all of the Jurassic world collection and it’s unfortunate that it does not work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Almost perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Kids loved the Jeep. One thought, an early model had a tan remote. The one we have has a black remote, same color as all the other remotes we have. Tan color would have been easier to match up with the Jeep. Handle on top is a GREAT idea, makes it easy for the smaller kids to pick up.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When we unboxed it my sons smile was so big. He was so excited and happy. We had to wait to use it because we had to go out and buy some more batteries as it takes 8 aa. When we finally installed the batteries the remote control only worked to move the wheels right and left but the car wouldn’t move forward or back. We then looked through the manual only to realize the dinosaur was also missing. Horrible. My son cried for a long time.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So much fun!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received the Jeep Wrangler Raptor Attack RC for my 6 year old daughter. She loves the raptor attack mode, which sends Owen flying through the air. The Jeep is easy for her to operate and is a sturdy toy. The rubber wheels give it good traction in the driveway. If you have a kid who loves Jurassic World, it is a great RC toy that allows the operator to pretend she/he is a part of the movie. Our 4 and 7 year old neighbor boys loved playing with it as well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The toy jeep was a absolute hit for my 6 year old son. My son has been a fan of Jurassic Park, and seeing the jeep with a dinosaur was a very big surprise. The jeep was ready to go right out of the box, however we needed to insert the batteries for it to function. Once batteries were inserted, the jeep moved very quickly around our kitchen floor. The controller was really simple to use, especially for a six year old. My son enjoyed having the dinosaur chase the jeep around, as it was attached to the jeep. The color and paint of the jeep was very visible. The figure being able to jump out of the car to attack the dinosaur, was not a major sell for my son, but it is nice to have the option of the ejectable seat. Not having batteries included was not a big deal for me, however would have been nice to be included. The packaging was really liked and not too bad to take out of its packaging. We had a dinosaur hunt playing with the Jurassic Park Wrangler Raptor Attack Jeep.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I highly recommend this RC if you have anyone who loves dinosaurs and RC cars. The chasing raptor feature is so much fun! The controls are easy to use. You can drive this RC on several different terrains. This RC Jeep entertained the kids and adults for hours!

The dinosaur hangs on the side of the Jeep while you drive the Jeep around with the remote control. Be careful you don’t run into anything, because the dinosaur will get
