I just got it yesterday and havent used it yet but I was disappointed in the lack of depth. You couldnt cook a large roast or ribeye. A high domed lid would help though.

I love this skillet used itv4 different times thanksgiving alone. Easy clean up Great temperature control and love the size. Ibhave fried sauteed boiled love it

I have used the Nuwave XL skillet for a couple of months now and really like it. Its light weight and easy to clean. It heats fast and cooks faster than my old one. Glad we got it.
