Great Color Laser printer

I purchased this for a faith based charity for printing flyers. I have used Brother ink jet MFC for several years, but wanted a printer that would give me quality photos without streaking from moisture. This printer is giving me a great looking flyer that has multiple photos on it and great looking text. I have not used it in a production run yet, but I am certain it will perform great. I have used laser printers over the last 20 plus years in a production environment and this printer produces a quality print as good or better than the production printers costing many thousands of dollars. The auto duplexing is a great option and has worked flawlessly so far. I am looking forward to printing a few thousand copies on this printer.

Lives up to expectations

Purchased during Xmas shopping season, because of price, printing speed, and convenience of the manual feed tray in front rather than the rear like my MFC model.

Terrible customer service

The fuser roller started to fall apart after having the printer for 51 weeks. Was on hold with customer service for 45 minutes, then on the line with rep for another 45 minutes. After I explained the problem rep sent me to the same web page that I had already used to diagnose the problem. Then rep would not help me until I found the weight of the normal copy paper that I used. Was finally told they would ship a bare bones replacement but neglected to tell me what to take out and HOW to do that. Luckily between the printer telling me and what I could find on the internet I was finally able to get the printer running again. They never sent any instructions regarding returning the printer. Took forever for them to return my email asking for them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Beautiful Printing

New purchase, I use to print menus and fliers. This printer is fast has a large paper tray and produces beautiful docs.

Great Printer

Great machine...this is my 2nd Brother printer and sits along MFC7860DW. I wanted color for specific projects and this gets it done. Some minor issues setting up the wifi but a quick call to their Support and he stepped me through it with ease.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Garbage

Our company owns the HL-L 8350CDW and the fuser has a defect in it, leaves bumps when you print. It is less then 2 years old, and Brother told me there is nothing they can do. This printer is garbage and its the last Brother product i will ever purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
