Just works! Best printers ever

Had many kinds of printers in the past. Brothers are far better than HPs, Epsons or Canons. Brother printers, and this one is no exception, are durable, easy to install and connect in multi platform environments very easily. Are also great Google air printers. This one seems very economical from a toner perspective. Also prints great photos.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Worst company to service product ever.

The printer itself was defective right out the box the first print the paper got burnt into the roller, instead of sending me a new printer i was sent to a repair center, there i was told the turn around was going to be 2 weeks, it was a month a half!. calling brother for support please an hour to talk to some one. then manager after manager no one could do anything, I was not able to get the printer out of the repair center if i didn't pay them 80 dollars because they saw what was wrong with the printer. really i had already done that. Needless to say i bought another brand and return this printer. Brother needs to work greatly on their customer service side.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent Printer

The quality of this printer is excellent. It is fast and easy to setup. My only problem was the black toner leaked right out of the box. I own other Brother printers and have always been highly satisfied.

This is either the 3rd or 4th Brother printer for me and all of them have been great. I replaced an HP color laser because I was having issues with the drivers and just felt like I needed a little faster machine plus the wireless capability. I have not downloaded the app to work from my iPhone but will do that eventually.
Also appreciate the fact that the toner that comes with the machine is not the half full type that you normally get with a machine.
Looking forward to many years of continues service. Setup was easy and had no problems getting started.
I do a lot of volunteer work and occasionally have to print multiple copies and sometimes two sided copies.

This printer has performed up to my expectations for a color laser printer, although I haven't printed enough to need to replace the toner as yet. Yes, I am very happy with your product.

I HAD NO DOUBT THAT THIS PRINTER WOULD BE ANYTHING BUT GREAT. IT HASN'T LET ME DOWN. I HAVE NOT HAD A BROTHER'S PRODUCT YET THAT HASN'T DONE A GREAT JOB. I DON'T WORK FOR BROTHER'S I JUST USE THEIR PRODUCT'S. YOU CAN'T GO WRONG.

Love my new HL-L8350CDW

I have had a Brother HL-4750CDW printer for at least 2 years and replaced an old Samsung with the 8350 on my wife's system. I love this new printer, even more that 4750, I can now print directly from iPad and iPhone without a hassle or being locked into a HP printer. That in addition to clear crisp copies, fast, quiet, etc., it is a great product, again, for Brother. Brother is the first brand I look at for products anymore, sorry HP & Samsung.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This printer is so quiet. I love it! I'm a legal assistant and do personal injury work, including printing photos. The printer does a great job!
