Still A Great Quality Piece of Equipment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was given a KitchenAid mixer 30 years ago and it still runs like the first time I used. The quality of KitchenAid products is still the best since I have purchased 3 other mixers plus all attachment. KitchenAid is #1.

EXCELLENT ADDITION to my pro line series 7 qt!!!

I had been lusting over this bowl since getting my pro line series 7qt mixer (first kitchenaid and I LOVE IT). I FINALLY got it and put it to task. I have several chocolate buttercream frosting recipes that came out wonderfully and I made dinner rolls (mix, knead, rise and bake) within 2 hours. It made one of my favorite things to make (dinner rolls) super easy. I'm looking forward to enjoying my precise heat mixing bowl.

Makes tempering chocolate so easy!

Got it for Christmas from my male bff. I cater and this comes in to handy melting chocolate for dipping my espresso cookies and more. Keeping a perfect temperature for my yeast dough for making my Chinese baked Char Siu Boa. Thank you Kitchen Aid for come up with a helpful attachment. Happy Chinese New Year.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Disappointed that you can not use paraffin wax with chocolate. The chocolate setting not great either but works good with chocolate wafers.

I can't wait to get the attachments to do other things with my Kitchen Aid stand mixer. I found my stand mixer at G--dwill for $25 and all it needed were feet for the bottom. What a wonderful addition to my kitchen!!!
