[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from a 4.5 quart to 7.5 quart to make thicker doughs for bagels and English muffins. It works great and it does not lag with the thicker doighs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Needed something bigger than my 5qt and this is definitely bigger ! Kind of wish is was a lean back style and not fixed where the bowl drops down to access attachments ! I’ll have to get use to that! Wish it came with spatula style mixer also !
