Great features and nice for mixing big batches

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this mixer for baking and I love it. It is so much easier to use especially with the bigger bowl. It makes baking much faster because I don't have to make small batches.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Making challah with 10 cups of flour is a breeze in my new 7 quart Kitchen Aid! Dough mixes evenly without dried crumbs in the bottom of the bowl, and at super sonic speed! Really wish this came with the flex edge paddle as the included paddle just does not feel adequate for this size bowl, it is cumbersome to hold the giant bowl while trying to scrape it out.
I would recommend this to a friend!
