Quiet excellence!

The mixer has exemplary functionality and is so quiet compared to most others on the market. The quality of my Swiss meringues buttercream has never been better as we added a Flex Edge Beater - with the 6.9L Pro Line, I’ve got greater freedom in the kitchen to prep cakes and take hands free phone calls. It’s that quiet! Highly recommended for anyone seeking the top tier to their baking!

So quiet and yet powerfull.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The artisan was struggling to cope with sourdough, and overheating on occasion so I decided to upgrade. After far more research than I think should have been necessary I discovered the importance of DC motors for low noise, power and reliability, and decided on this model. It is fantastic. No overheating, twice the capacity, beautiful aesthetics and yet much quieter than the artisan. Should have done it ages ago. And, all the attachments I have work, but more peacefully.

Seriously beautiful and powerful

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this machine because my previous mixer wasn't powerful or large enough to handle big batches of bread and pizza dough. The machine itself is beautiful (the pearl colour looks great in my white kitchen) but putting the bowl in and out does take some getting used to after previously using a tilt mixer. It is very stable but also very heavy, so not suited to constantly moving in and out of cupboards. The attachments certainly add to the charm of the mixer. My sister gave me the pasta attachments for Christmas and it is so much easier than the manual pasta maker. Downside being there isn't as many bowl accessories as the tilt mixer.
