[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a month ago and I am so impressed with how quiet this mixer is.
My husband and I can actually hold a conversation while the machine is running. I love the larger capacity and heavy duty motor, perfect for making large batches of cookies. I also like the fact that I never get blow back after adding flour. The mixer starts slowly before getting up to speed assuring that things get mixed before coming to full speed. The easy-to-use shield also helps to keep the ingredients inside the bowl. The exterior of my big red mixing machine is as attractive as it is efficient.

Love the 7 quart bowl!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the smaller version before and it just wasn’t large enough to make my pizza dough. It is much quieter than my last one also which is nice because it doesn’t disturb people watching tv in the living room. I do have a cabinet that my mixer sits in and lifts up and do to the taller mixer, I have to set it sideways which is not a big deal but the one bummer is the power cord is not as long as my previous mixer. I have an outlet in my cabinet so I can leave it plugged in all the time but now I can’t use that. One day I will get a extension cord…

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 30+ year old kitchen aid mixer died after a very busy and hard working life. I could not wait a normal mourning period to replace it, I simply could not be in the kitchen without my favorite workhorse. So I found the Pro and what a pro she is. Strong, dependable and so QUIET! Don’t get me wrong. I loved my late kitchen companion but this one, WOW!
