It's just better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the 7 qt Pro Line after trying a 5 qt bowl lift that could not handle my mom's peanut butter cookie recipe. The Pro Line mixer handled the super heavy recipe with amazing ease. In fact, my mixer actually made LESS noise than before.
If your new Pro Line has a bit of a lose grinding sound, try using it to mix a very challenging batter. It may run much quieter thereafter.
I also make a cheesecake with 3 lb of cheese. The Pro Line mixer not only cut through the cheese, I was able to uniformly mix the cheesecake. It cooked perfectly and tasted even better!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i thought i did not need one until i discovered just what it is cable of... this is a powerful machine... it can whip thru potatoes.. dough.. both for bread an cookies/cakes... i saw all that with the one i bought my daughter.. so this machine takes care of all those things and it also has lots of power to run the attachments i have bought...like the food processor dicing kit... the spiralizer.. an now the pasta roller an cutter... its great.. i love it!
