Small, but packs a big punch.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a well-made, powerful fan. You definitely get what you pay for when you purchase Vornado. I was not expecting it to have anywhere near the power it does. I am also thankful for the various ways you can use it. There is a tripod, a clamp, and you can also mount it on the wall. It is easy to turn on, while wearing gloves. Which is a big help when you're working in the garage. I am very pleased with this purchase.
Pros: Adjustable, Durable, Good Power Output, Lightweight, Stable Base

was a great fan for occasional use in my shop. With this weekend's heat wave in Seattle, got it out to throw some air around the house. I ran it for more than an hour and a fan blade snapped off (jamming the motor). No more air circulation.
rating it low on quality because it broke while turning. and poor on value because it is now worthless. average on performance (sure threw a lot of air), and I actually liked the design (maybe not the plastic quality).
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Looks Durable, But Isn’t.

Fell off workbench and must have landed just perfectly as it broke apart, wasn’t salvagable. Was pretty good until then but, for a “heavy duty” fan intended for imperfect usage needs, it completely failed.
