They can't seem to get the colors right. The case for the S8 was a congac color on the outside but the inside was cream color. The outside was beautiful but the inside got dirty quickly and looked bad.
The new one for the S9 is a horrible dark brown but the inside is black. I wish I had ordered the black instead but now I am stuck with the brown one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not the best case I've purchased from Otter bx

I brought this case about a month ago and have been very unhappy with it. The exterior of the case scratches up really bad and looks bad because of that. Not sure of the material it's made if but doesnt much to scratch and cant get rid of them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I would prefer the product if it had more slots for cards or if it was available in store when I got my phone. I also hate how you can't access the volume buttons on the phone when you close the case, you can only hit the lock/unlock button which is useless. I feel like I overpaid for a product that's just okay and if I could go back I'd definitely spend longer looking at other designs and styles of cases. I was hung up on wanting my cards in a case and this was the only option the dude at bestbuy knew.
