Loving the new case. It’s thinner than the Defender series so it’s easier to slip into my pocket. Plus I use a dash mount when traveling and this case is held nice and tight. The Defender would sometimes fall out with enough vibration because it protruded out slightly from the mount.

This is an incredible case except for one key piece of feature I purchased it for. It’s supposed to glow in the dark. Guess what? It doesn’t. And before anyone asks yes I know you have to have those under light before turning off the lights to have them absorb it to glow. Tried that several times it has never glowed in the dark so either I got a defective case or it’s false advertising. Other than that the case is wonderful
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

As long as the case is exposed to as much light as possible and tried out in an almost pitch-black area, the design should shine. As with all glow-in-the-dark items, if the surrounding environment isn't very dark, it may not work. Super cute but I dropped my phone one time with this case and screen protector cracked. I need my phone protected more than I need cute. I need to stick with the other OtterBox cases that I have never had problems with.

I bought this otter box case and my sons Iphone X screen blanked out so we had to get a new Iphone 11. I have tried repeatedly to contact someone to set up a rerun or exchange process and have had no luck. I understand with the covid-19 that everything is limited but there needs to be some sort of way to still have communication with your customers
