simple but best

I bought this monitor two years ago. Now I want another one of this. Hope LG can keep up with its good stuffs like this. Love the 22 inch FHD form factor. Multiple 22" FHD monitors don't sacrifice too much screen real estate compared to trio 27" monitors (if 4K needs to scale down to QHD anyways) but takes much less desk space (a regular desk of 120 to 140 cm can handle). As for the monitor itself, impeccable at this price range: VESA, IPS, and everything.

LG 21.5 gaming monitor

In general a good monitor, however having a very limited vertical angle of viewing. If you really want to see a sharp, colour-balanced image you have to have this monitor directly in front of your nose and on eye level (horizontal viewing is really decent). That also means that in vertical positioning this monitor will keep you frozen in one place. So, if the future user wants to have a monitor used vertically, or horizontally but angled (like without stand on the desk) this monitor is definitely not a good choice. Unfortunately I have learnt it too late to return it to bestbuy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
