I own a Viking Range that I’m thrilled with It was purchased before Middlebty acquired Viking I was very limited with the size ovens I could use in my existing space so this 27” model worked for me Also I wanted a traditional control panel I didn’t want an electronic control panel so once again it fit my needs so I purchased it and with a few cabinet modifications had it installed I did have to have a stainless steel piece fabricated and that worked out and the install looks perfect
I am not happy that the ovens don’t vent out (I had to close off my existing roof vent) the kitchen heats up when the oven is on and it takes forever to cool down once it is off
My other issue is thst I don’t like the controls are labeled on the control panel It seems like the numbers will wear off with a few cleanings (I hope not) and then I wouldn’t know what temp the oven is set at Also each calibration for the oven temp is not clearly set
One other thing when I bought the ovens my salesman told me I would be eligible for a free gift of my choice I applied twice and was informed my purchase wasn’t eligible

Top oven takes a long time to get to the desired temp and then it does not stay hot. The clock is also impossible to set and there is no digital clock

I bought these ovens 6 months ago to replace a 1990 double Thermador oven set. We couldn't be happier. Not only does the stainless steel set look gorgeous, these operate so simply and effectively. Best ovens I have ever owned and there are many features still to explore. Great quality!
I would recommend this to a friend!
