I have many gaming mice, I'll tell you what I like best about this one, and when I use it instead of others. This is a corded mouse, and the cord is wrapped with braided nylon. Size and weight are good, it isn't too heavy but also doesn't feel cheap or too light. There is a rubber texture on the thumb rest (right hand use) which I liked. Mouse performance is fine, good features in the drivers and software. The RGB lighting is very bright and visible, and the ASUS logo on the back changes color with the lights underneath. Lighting effects are customized with the ASUS lighting control software, I stick with a basic rainbow scheme because I like to shows off the full range of colors. Main reason to pick this mouse over others is to get that ASUS branding and styling. I had one difficulty with the rubber texture at the thumb rest peeling off over time - but I think your mileage will vary here. Don't think that is something everyone will have, I suspect it's a combination of how I hold the mouse and/or my skin Ph. The cord again is wrapped/braided, and I think the failure point on the cord will be right where it connects to the USB plug - based on how your USB is positioned on your machine and how much movement/abuse the cord is subjected to there. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to add some ROG style to their gaming kit. Very happy with this mouse on my ROG laptop.

I received my ROG Gladius II Origin as a perk when I bought my ROG Zephyrus G14 laptop, and I really enjoy the ergonomics, accuracy, and aesthetics of this gaming mouse. It has performed beautifully, both mechanically and visually. I only has one issue; I can't figure out why the macro I created doesn't work any longer - even though it is still bound to a button in the Armory Crate dashboard...

I will never buy another mouse unless it's by ASUS. This is the BEST MOUSE EVER. Perfect weight and shape, looking cool too with Aurora is a bonus.
