I received my Reminton Beard Trimmer and immediately trimmed my beard and love the trimmer. My last Remington trimmer was about 30 years old and gave me good service until one day it died! I went on line that same day and ordered my new trimmer.

I have been using one of these for several years now. I originally bought it for my beard, but now the beard is gone and I use this trimmer regularly for my hair. I get frequent compliments and requests to know who my stylist is. I tried many trimmers before this one--there's no comparison. This one is the best!

My old trimmer needed replacement and I chose the touch control to replace it. I wish I would've picked this up sooner. I am impressed at the quality of the product and the touch screen is easy to set to get just the right level. Definitely recommended.

Great Feel

The matte finish on this has a great feel to it which allows for great grip while in use. The weight also adds a lot to this product, it doesn't feel light or flimsy, which makes it easy to use accurately. The boost also allows this to cut through the thicker parts of my hair. Seems like a great product so far but I haven't had it long so I cant speak for its longevity.

Awesome groomer for home or travel

After using this only a few times, I've decided it will now be the only hair grooming product I use. It's perfect for trimming body and head hair with several guard lengths, and it's great for shaving my face without a guard since I prefer a slight stubble look. It actually felt almost "soft" on my face which is nice, and takes care of the hair easily. Easy to clean too since the top part pops up and you can just run water over it.
The ergo design is really well done, it fits in my hand just right. The usb charge capability and carrying case work great for travel. Overall a perfect groomer.

Worst Purchase I Have Ever Made In My Life

I RARELY write reviews for products I have purchased. But if I had to choose one to write, it would be for this product to warn consumers what they are getting.
What originally attracted me to this beard trimmer was the design and idea of touch control. And I applaud Remington for making a product that looks aesthetically pleasing on their website. In other words, it looks really nice. The trimmer itself feels sturdy and is easy to hold. But, that is as far as my positive experience goes.
The touch controls do not work. Remington should be absolutely embarrassed for releasing such a faulty product to the public. There are three designations: Up Arrow, Down Arrow, and an option to set the power of the trimmer. If you are lucky enough to hit the correct random spot on the trimmer, you will be able to activate and "adjust" the trimmer. Good luck getting the increment you want however, you have to repeatedly mess around with the up and down arrow if you can find the random spot it decides to use for its function.
I can say with confidence that this product had great potential, but fell far too short. Don't ruin someones holiday by giving this as a gift.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Powers though my thick beard!

I have tried many beard trimmers, most of which were either returned or thrown away shortly after purchase. This is due to my thick beard and most of the beard trimmers I have tried are not up to the task of cutting it. For example: I have had a Wahl trimmer get stuck in my beard so badly that it had to be cut out (I was not happy). I trim my beard about every three days and this trimmer has been working great. No bog down and I can cut as fast as I like.
