Trash dont buy save your money

Worthless!!

I bought the shaver 5 months ago and lost the adapter while traveling. You still cannot get a replacement adapter and there it sits USELESS. Won't buy another Remington Product

Received this last week and experienced so many problems!

Remington mailed the product to me, and I first read the instructions that say the battery should be shipped full. It was not full.
The trimmer needed to be charged. Next, the trimmer had problems recognizing the touch. Pressing up and down would only change the motor speed. I had to do a factory reset and it finally worked, and everyone works great.... until......
The trimmer shuts down abruptly after at least less than 5 minutes of use, than the mentioned 40 minutes. I either have a dud, and hope to have this resolved soon with customer service.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellant Product for mustache control

Buying a product over the internet is convenient but you aren't sure what you'll get because sometimes actually seeing the item in a store gives you a chance to try it and ask questions....so when the razor arrived and I tried it, I was very happy to have made this choice. I like it so much I even took it to my long-time barber and he said it was a great product also. Thanks for offering it and I'll keep my mustache looking well groomed from now on.

This is a great trimmer !! I purchased it for myself to trim the hair from the back of my neck. BUT now, I trim my husbands hair and beard. It works well for both of us. Very powerful, easy to clean, and it's self sharpening. We highly recommend this product with it's many great features. This item, I believe works as well or better than beauty and barber shop trimmers. What a great gift idea too.

A joy to trim my beard and moustache.

I used this unit today for the first time and what a joy. Trimmed my beard, and moustache using the Stubble Comb, taking this off for finishing work. Such a easy, quiet unit to use; within a short space of time my facial hair was trimmed to perfection. Such a easy job of cleaning the unit once finished trimming; was just the icing on the cake for me. It all bundles up nicely into its carry case once finished with.
