I have only used this once but am dissapointed that there is no amazon prime instant video. i would not have purchased this if i would have known that.
Cons: Did not meet expectations

Great DVD Player

I've have not had any issues with this DVD player.Software upgrade took 5 minuets.Smart Hub upgrade took about 10 minuets.So far no problem with 3D movies.Great DVD player.
Pros: Inexpensive
I would recommend this to a friend!

This seems to be a good little Blu-Ray player. It has some nice features at a good price. Works great with my 3D tv.

We purchased the BD-5900 in October with a 60" 3D TV (Samsung) and the combination work perfectly together! This player works with all disc formats and 3D movies look awesome!

Overall a very solid 3D blu-Ray player

This is a great 3D Blu-Ray player and has some very nice features to it. Besides the fact it's a 3D player it also comes with the Smart Hub. This is excellent as you can download apps and play them. I use Netflix and Pandora the most when I am not watching a 3D movie (or a regular movie for that matter). The web browser is my only complaint as it is sluggishly slow and to navigate moving the arrow around a webpage (especially if the page is running a flash ad or something) is so painstaking that it is really purely disfunctional. If you avoid the web browser this is a very solid device. One other thing to note is that it only has 1gb memory so for those that like to download a ton of apps keep this in mind. Other than the web browser I would have to say this would have been a 5-star item, but still an overall solid product.

thanks samsung for your advanced dvd player. i like that it is wireless and can update itself and wont be obsolete like other dvd players.
