This blu-ray player is so much more than that! I love that we have streaming video, web browsing, etc. and can play blu-rays, 3D or conventional plus dvds. There are so many great features and wireless too. It was a breeze to set up, almost too easy. We weren't sure we had set it up correctly until we started using it and discovered we had found a jewel!!
Pros: Inexpensive, Durable, Lightweight, fast

Love the features on this player. 3D movies view beautifully. Some of the apps on the website for my player do not seem to be available in Samsung Apps on the blue-ray.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Durable, Realistic color, Lightweight

This is a great BluRay and if you own other Samsung products (phone, tablet) it works in concert with them as well gives great ability to work together to show pictures, videos from your phone to your big screen wirelessly through AllShare. Accesses home media servers as well. I know the specs say this has a built in browser but it never works on mine and is my only complaint about this unit.
Pros: Inexpensive, Realistic color, allshare works great with samsung phone or tab, works with home media servers
Cons: a browser in name only - never works

Compared to my last Blu-Ray player it took much time to start a movie waiting for the load up on a movie.
Now with my new Samsung Blu-Ray it's a matter of seconds & easy to use.I would recommend this DVD player.

Just a little reading of the instructions and following the direction on the screen made the connection on the television. The remote is compatible to the television that it turn both on at 1 button. Very nice quality of picture when playing regular or blueray. Very satisfied with the product, the reviews made it simple to choose this player from others.

I love my new blu-ray player but when i am trying to add apps there are already ones installed that came with the player and i can't get rid of them which means i am using memory I could use for other apps. I really don't need the ones that came with the player.
