Not great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For a commercial washer it can’t handle a regular load of clothes and it is overloaded. The lid lock is constantly having issues. I’ve had to call for repair 3 times and it’s only a few months old. I would return it if the return window wasn’t closed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works as expected. We will see if it is still working in a year or two. Our experience with these is they do not last very long after five years, at the most, in the hotel. These are not true commercial washing machines. If they were they would last longer than 4-5 years. This is like what you would by for your house, not for a Hotel.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

get the warranty

I was told that the mother board was bad. It was covered under warranty. The repair center said it was a known issue and had replaced dozens of them. It has run great since then and really does do a good job getting cloths clean.
