[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had nothing but problems - now we are dealing with the washer not spinning. We did have issues with the drum bouncing from side to side. And of course it happens 5 days out of warranty-so now we have to pay for service. Very frustrating. Yes-parts are covered- but we just would like replacement!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works well smaller than I wanted

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this washer for the last couple of weeks and it works well, seems to wring out clothes so they feel almost dry, but it is a little smaller than I would have liked. Not a complaint about the washer but something for others to think about.

A 5 star cleaning machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are hard working ranch owners and we get dirty. We bought a new HE machine and I found myself adding water to the drum by bucket fulls. It just did not have enough agitation and water depth to get the dirt out. This machine does! This machine is not the quietest I ever owned but the job it does at cleaning our jeans and even blankets, is worth it. It has an HE setting for smaller loads (as it does not have load size settings) and only fills about 1/2 of the drum. I love this machine and am very glad I bought it!
