[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Larger capacity for clothing. Actually clothes come out cleaner. Spins clothes more throughly, so drying time is shorter. Very sturdy machine. Only wish it had option to add bleach and fabric softener

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Motherboard went out after one week. Whirlpool is unwilling to replace the machine with a new one and insists on attempting to repair the problem with no estimated repair date in site.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My last machine I bought which was a whirlpool washer also, gave out after just over a year of mild use. I hope this one lasts much longer. I was really disappointed at the short life span of it. If this one does not last long I will never buy another whirlpool product again.
