Great but customer service was no help

One of the best investments ever. love the laptop itself. Only downside was that after a certain amount of usage some of the screws fell out and one popped causing a bump in my device. I made a complaint but didnt get a response. For that reason I am making it a 3 star review.

bought this laptop as a price effective way into pc gaming and it simply has not let me down, screens a little dark but has an amazing 120hz refresh. keyboard is awesome it has the lazy thumb space bar that is very useful for gaming. 10 out of 10 would recommend

Love most things, BUT

Sure its fast and sleek. Love the keyboard and consider it the best of the several wireless for my PCs and 4 laptops I've owned. But, I've yet to get support on how to avoid using the integrated Intel Graphics card (yet to get the GeForce GTX 1050 Ti to work from the methods explained in support) and they do not ship it set up for using the HDD for documents downloads and user files.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great design & good specs for the price. It plays games on High to Ultra easily. The rgb effects are cool. Wished the battery life was longer though.
