A solid oven/stove but it has baffling UI choices. There is no preheat function. Why? And the temperature knob--who designed this? Truly, who? Some intervals are 50 degrees, some are 80 degrees but they take up the same space--and the set points are arbitrary. 380 degrees? Who has ever needed THAT temperature??
