I love the design of our gas range. And I love the rack system that the unit has. But I was a bit surprised that the gas oven did not have an electronic temperature gauge. Most recipes use 375 and 400 degrees F. but the setting knob has 380 and then jumps to 450, which leaves a large degree of uncertainty. Love how quickly a gas oven heats up, but was disappointed that I had to get an analog temperature gauge which I have to open the oven door in order to check!
Also- I seasoned the oven according to the user manual, but the drip pan warped during that process. I plan to initiate a warranty claim for that.
