My boys love hot wheels but I have to admit that i previously wasn’t a fan but this toy has changed that. The problem I had with hot wheels toys in the past was that once they were put together they take up quite a bit of space but it was a pain having to pull them apart and then build them again every time they want to play with them. This toy is a big case which converts into the track and then can all be put back into the case really when they’ve finished playing. There are a few different ways to build the track and my 7 year old found it easy to build all of them without any help. He enjoyed playing with it for hours and my 3 year old could also play with it once it was built up. It took them a little while to work out the right amount of force to use to hit the levers that get the cats to travel down the track but once they did they had no issues. The kit comes with 2 cars but they used other cars that they already had (hot wheels and other brands). Would definitely recommend this to other hot wheels fans and parents who like to put the toys away at the end of the day.

Hours of endless fun

The kids really enjoy this toy and I am really happy because they built the track together working as a team, I always try to buy toys for them to play together so I could not be happier. There are instructions on how to make 4 different track but we found loads more. It's great as a starter kit, also has the potential to make it bigger and better with add-on features.
I like that there is multiple options for track building, and that you can tidy it all away within its own box and it's all kept together
Sometimes is hard to take it apart but definitely is a great toy

With a boy that loves his hot wheels this item was an instant hit. He took no time to put the track together and got out his cars to see which ones go round okay and which ones don’t. Unfortunately we had a number of pieces missing from the set which was frustrating to say the least. I like that it comes with a box to store all the bits in it, so they don’t get lost. The little Lego style pieces were a nice touch to build the ramp etc. This would make a great starter set but likewise it’s great to expand the sets and track you already have. You are only really limited by your imagination as to what you can do with this set.

I don't know where to stay with ALL of the great points about this toy.
1. It is so compact. It all fits in perfectly back into the box (even if it's all chucked in) and the box is the storage for the toy so not got lots of track or cars left everywhere.

3. Comes with the smallest amount of packaging I have ever seen. No plastic. No screwdriver needed. Just the box and a teeny bit of card wrapped around it.
4. This toy can be taken absolutely anywhere (we are taking it away on holiday with us) it doesn't take up much space either.
5. There are countless ways for this toy to be played with, there are 5 "set" ways for it to be played with but the possibilities are endless, as long as you have a bit of imagination then it can be made into all sorts of different ways to play.
6. The pull back is purely spring power and goes as fast as the ability of the child to pull it back, there is no need to pull it back till it "clicks" the child just pulls it back as far as they are capable and then release and the car is guaranteed to go flying.
7. Kids have had hours of playtime without moaning they are bored within 5 minutes.
