Less than expected for a Whirlpool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy enough to install but mobile app is difficult to load and use once loaded. Sound devices, e.g., timer is difficult to hear even with setting all the way up. Users manual leaves much to be desired. Even basic controls such as off/on is not clearly explained.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The ovens themselves work fine, however, the wifi connectivity along with the internal meat thermometer are spotty at best. This is a huge disappointment because these were the features that sold me on this appliance. When something has all the "bells and whistles" I expect them to work. I have done all the necessary steps and even had an expert look at the issues and they appliance is still failing to do all that it claims to do. I wish I would have opted for the Kitchen Aid.

Cool Features that are hard to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The oven itself cooks great. The notifications of preheat complete and timer complete show up on my Apple Watch. Very cool! I know when my wife has started dinner and it is time to come home from work! The scan to cook feature has only worked once. It recognizes the item but throws an error when trying to control oven. Probably something in the settings I have honestly not tried to figure out.

Excellent Modern Oven

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve had this oven for only a week, but in no time we were enjoying its enhanced features. We were having work done at our house and the power was turned off and lost connectivity to the app. But a quick phone call the the support number was able to walk me through resetting everything. Love having the ability to control the oven from a smartphone and create favorites. The interface is very simple and intuitive. The oven itself is large, sturdy and works very well, as you would expect for what this appliance costs. Preheating is very quick. And the bake from frozen feature is pretty cool. We are upgrading from a 30 year old gas oven and this was night and day. My only complaint so far that the app doesn’t allow push notifications to more than one device in my family at a time. This should be an easy fix for the app. Please make that happen in a future app update.Overall, my family is very pleased.

From hero to Zero connectivity

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased double wall oven end of June 2021 as I had to replace my existing double wall oven due to an unrelated insurance claim. Was a little disappointed with fit and finish for an oven of this price range. Loved the wifi connectivity feature until it stopped working. Disappointed with the grammatical errors with the digital instructions and even the written ones. I suppose there is a loss in translation from manufacturers country to English. Also disappointed with the fact that when the oven is on preheat convection roast, it does not tell you the current oven temperature nor does the temperature set point alarm,(chime) once it reaches temperature. On every other setting the oven lets you know what the current temperature is and alarm goes off once set temperature is reached. Overall it does what it is suppose to do, like cook food, but as for the extra features, not so much.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
